Manage relationships with in-country partners (lawyers, accountants, payroll specialists, banks, etc) regarding compliance matters, working with the Finance Team to control their costs.Manage all entity records and standardise internal reporting on company secretarial / compliance matters.Oversee the day to day company secretarial operations of Boundless’ global entities to ensure statutory, insurance, regulatory, legal and compliance matters are maintained, to the required timescales.This role will take ownership of the maintenance, operations and compliance of Boundless-owned corporate entity infrastructure around the world. We’re looking for a Company Secretary to join the Legal Team reporting to the Head of Legal. Together we are commanding a rallying call to companies that are changing the way work works. We are working hard to make that a reality and help democratise access to well-paid jobs worldwide. For each new country where we establish our employment & payroll infrastructure and build internal expertise, we try to set the gold standard of remote employment. We have since been raising the bar of what great remote employment looks like. It's what our founders had all struggled with in previous teams, but along the way, we figured that this is about so much more than ticking compliance boxes and not getting in trouble. We started by looking for ways to offer compliance across borders.
